So I hear from the grapevine that murphychristmas has gotten a mention in the dallas morning news local guide section for Carrollton, FB and Addison. Yeah publicity!

Lets correct one fact in that article, we have 50,000 lights, not 14,000. Oh, I do remember when we had 14,000. Life was much darker then.

Finally, the lights are ON!

Thanksgiving has come and gone.

We are up and rolling with 50,000 lights, 160 channels and a VIDEO SCREEN! Yes, we have bridged lights and sound with video.

Here we are. The begining of the Christmas decorating season. As of today I can offically start putting things in the yard. (per my HOA) Will I. No. Decorating starts Nov 11th.

This year: 50,000 lights. 20ft tree. Video wreath.

Its gonna be good.

92.7 MurphyChristmas is officially on the air. Our Christmas computer has been resurrected, and is pumping out the MAX FCC allowed power!

We are now playing 24×7 music!

Wow. October 2nd. Lights start going in the yard in 30 days.

We dont yet have a theme, we dont yet have a plan. Pieces of the plan we do have.

• New light layout
• No Wizards of Winter!

I am taking off two weeks vacation in November to get things moving.. Not much will happen until then.. but then BLAMO, we are off!

Its June 4th to be exact.

I must admit, the lights were put away last year, and I have not done anything with the display this year.  My peers are hard at work on thiers, but alas.. not I.

So, I need some help.

• Song ideas, let me know what we should be using this year!
• Steel pipe. I need some. 30ft would be nice.. 1 1/2 or 2in pipe..  1/4 in or less wall..
• Anything else you think a middle aged xmas person might need..
